
Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician
Dr. Lindiwee-Yaa “Lindi” Randall-Hayes, M.D., ABEM, FACEP, FAAEM is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with more than two decades of experience in clinical care, physician leadership, medical education, public health response, and community advocacy. She is a Fellow of both the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Randall-Hayes earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Doctor of Medicine from Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School. She completed her emergency medicine internship and residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., and pursued additional fellowship training in medical toxicology at Indiana University.
Throughout her career, Dr. Randall-Hayes has served in a range of hospital, community, and crisis-response settings, including emergency departments, COVID-19 clinical response sites, monoclonal antibody infusion programs, and substance abuse treatment environments. She has also contributed to medical education through teaching, guest faculty roles, and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, public health education, physician advocacy, and expanding pathways for the next generation of physicians.
