As a mentor in the Funding The Future Physicians Initiative, you will be paired with an aspiring future doctor, guiding them through academic challenges, medical school preparation, and personal growth. The HBCU Tethered Tour is a national initiative designed to inspire, empower, and cultivate resilience in students at 20 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) across the country. Hosted by The 15 White Coats®, this tour delivers powerful storytelling, scholarship opportunities, mentorship connections, and tangible resources to the next generation of underrepresented physicians and STEM professionals.
