Shanae McFadden, CMP, DES is a dynamic force in the business events industry. With a proven track record of excellence, Shanae is an award-winning meeting planner known for creating unforgettable experiences and seamless events. Boasting over 10 years of industry expertise, Shanae has orchestrated a diverse array of corporate meetings, conferences, and special events, consistently exceeding expectations.

She is currently the Director of Meetings and E-Learning at Consumer Healthcare Products Association. She organizes the associations conference and manages the online education offerings to members. She’s been awarded “Rising Star” in Smart Meetings Magazine and was most recently PCMA’s 20 in their 20s award recipient. She graduated from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has received her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification and most recently her DES (Digital Event Strategist) certification.

Beyond professional achievements, Shanae has shown dedication to give back to industry and community focused organizations. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
